Business Development Officer

Job Description

The major responsibility is to generate revenue by attracting customers from around the world (India & Abroad) for our establishment. Meeting with clients and arranging business deals are primary job responsibility. Leadership skills, a proven sales record, and presentation experience are mandatory for the position. You need to Identify new sales prospects and drive business growth and gather requirement from clients.

  1.  Research the market for identifying new business opportunities.
  2.  Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with Project Manager to achieve revenue goals.
  3. Assist in company’s branding and media communication activities such as press releases, advertisements, marketing collaterals, andweb site.
  4.  Explain prospective clients about the advantages of the products or services offered and follow up with them in order to close the business deals.
  5.  Respond to the client queries regarding the products in a timely fashion.
  6.  Develop business proposals for new and existing customers.
  7.  Develop creative strategies to retain the clients including interviewing them to take their feedback and incorporate it into the growth plan.
  8.  Prepare the annual marketing budget and track the expenses against the budget.
  9.  Develop in-depth knowledge about business development practices, marketing activities, prospective clients and industry trends.
  10.  Maintain a knowledge repository of clients, referrals, RFPs, prospects and presentations.
  11.  Develop strong customer relationships in order to generate high volume of prospective clients.
  12.  Manage customer calls and appointments effectively for new opportunities.
  13.  Participate in industry forums, client discussions, and conferences as a representative of the organization.
  14.  Determine cross-selling opportunities among different offices.
  15.  Supervise the client relationship management database and utilize it to manage customer contacts and mailing lists.

Remuneration

Package inclusive of basic salary as per industry standard and we offer good incentive packages per deals.

Qualification

Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution. Preferred 2-4 year experience in Marketing and Business Development with good command over English, Malayalam and Hindi.
